Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive commission from TKEG, must not make misleading claims or promise an FSA/FHRS rating, and must not use spam, impersonation, paid-search brand bidding or self-referrals. Commission may be voided for refunds, chargebacks, fraud or breached programme terms. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations. TKEG may request identity or payment verification before a payout.
