Core terms for use of the TKEG platform and related consultancy services.
Platform use
TKEG provides digital tools to help hospitality businesses organise operational, compliance and due-diligence records. Customers remain responsible for their own legal obligations, food-safety management, staff supervision and the accuracy of information entered into the system.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe following any applicable free trial. Access may be restricted if a trial expires or a subscription is unpaid, cancelled or otherwise inactive. Customer records are not automatically deleted when access is restricted.
Consultancy and additional products
Additional services may be purchased separately. Scope, availability and any appointment date are subject to confirmation. Consultancy support does not constitute an official local-authority inspection and does not guarantee a particular food hygiene rating, appeal result or financial saving.
Account security
Customers are responsible for controlling user access within their organisation and for keeping login credentials secure.
